Our delivery partners will attempt to contact the recipient. If they are unavailable, they reschedule delivery.

Urgent gift? Choose our 3-hour delivery. It’s available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Lahore for orders placed before 7 PM. Extra charges apply.

You can also place an order after 12 p.m., but it totally depends on availability. Delivery charges are also applied for this delivery. Only deliveries in the main areas of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad are possible after 12 p.m. So, while placing the order, please confirm with us by contacting us.

We provide delivery in the largest main cities of Pakistan: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.

Payment can be made online or offline. Online options include debit and credit cards, and PayPal. Offline choices are online bank transfers, Western Union, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash-on-delivery. Customers using international bank transfers should be aware that processing may take at least 12 hours, and orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Your satisfaction is our priority. For non-perishable goods, please submit any quality-related complaints within 24 hours of delivery. For perishable food items, please notify us within 3 hours. We are committed to resolving any genuine quality concerns and will replace the item upon its return.
